Over the past two decades, we have seen the Austin Street retail corridor shift from mom and pop stores, to the home of major retail tenants.  With an understanding of the growing, affluent community, we saw the center as an opportunity to grow a strong retail and office presence in the heart of Forest Hills. With retail tenants like T.G.I. Friday’s, Men’s Wearhouse  and Starbucks, we brought in Target in 2015 as an anchor tenant to strengthen and transform the already thriving retail mall. Forest Hills, which already boasts the best of city and suburban living, benefited greatly from the addition of this new urban style Target. Just minutes from the E,F, M and R subway lines, and a quick walk to Queens Boulevard, Austin Street is a destination for locals and commuters alike.
